The skill addresses a genuinely complex domain—deploying serverless bioinformatics pipelines with GPU support, Registry integration, and multi-language workflow support—that would be difficult and token-intensive for a CLI agent to handle without structured guidance. Minor improvement possible in making the structure section even more explicit about what each reference file contains, though the current organization is already very good.
